The location was really good, ca 1 min walking from the tramstop. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is very basic. We did not expect anything glamorous, but the state of the bathroom was a bit unexpectedly too basic. The hotel charged twice my credit card, so I would recommend to pay attention when you check-out.

yes, i agree tht location is good, it's next to tram station and next to fruits-vagetables cheap market.

the rooms are very small, and a smell in rooms of first stage (level 0) is horrible so we had to change the room.

Location, quiet, free wifi in first floor room and lobby, daily fresh food market very close.

There was trash behind the window, no air-conditioning, very small bathroom.

Location. We loved the market right across the street. Fun to pick up fresh food to enjoy in our studio suite. Walking distance to Russian Orthodox Basilica where we happened upon Easter Vigil. Walked to Chagall and Matisse Museums. Lovely homes and parks near by. Access to old Nice by tram and easy access to airport at near by train station. Staff was friendly and multi lingual.

Very clean. Free wifi was nice. We were given the optionof a room or apartment studio upon check in. We choose the apartment studio and it was great.

Wished it was closer to the beach but for the price it was a great place.

considering the price this hotel lived up to and exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a choice of rooms, which were basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, juices, cereals, breads, cheeses and meat and well worth the extra 7.50 euro. The breakfast room was spacious and comfortable. All in all well worth the money.

No real negatives given the price, some travellers may want to be nearer the old town but the 15 minute walk was no burden to us.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right in the main town of Nice, close to the train station and within walking distance from the beach. The breakfast was good.

My room was nice. Also what I appreciated and makes a stay comfortable for me a little desk and reading lamps at bed.

Very nice staff, centrally situated hotel, very good breakfast, nice room, very good price. From the airport take bus 23. (the station is at 5 minute to walk)

Excellent staff, quite small but very clean rooms. The price was very good for the services offered. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the city center by foot. There is also a tram nearby, which gets you to the city center very fast.

The hotel is very close to railway and tram station, 10 min walk to central square. They give you to choice of 2 rooms, I choose one on the last floor without any view, but I have read reviews about noise from the front rooms and decided to stay on the roof room and it was bigger in size. Room was very clean and reception staff was very friendly.

There was some noise from the working generator on the 5th floor during the day, but at night it was silent
